Total Body Fitness Studio offers 3 studios which include a Group Fitness Studio, Pilates Studio and Personal Training Studio. We run world known Les Mills classes such as Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack and CXworx as well as Zumba. The Pilates Studio offers general Pilates and Yoga classes, Fit for Fifty classes with Reformer Pilates, Pilates mat and Equipment Pilates courses. We will also launch the newest program Barre Attack a Ballet Barre inspired workout. In the PT studio you will be able to experience a wide variety of small group classes. A place where you are always with a trainer.
